11. Tóm tắt các kết quả mới của luận án:
Mục đích nghiên cứu của luận án: Luận án tập trung làm rõ những nội dung cơ bản của triết lý giáo dục Islam giáo và những ảnh hưởng của nó đến giáo dục Malaysia, từ đó đưa ra những nhận định kết quả giáo dục và cách thức Malaysia vận dụng triết lý giáo dục Islam giáo trong hệ thống giáo dục. Trên cơ sở đó, luận án gợi mở việc chọn lọc tiếp thu giá trị tích cực của tôn giáo vào giáo dục của Việt Nam, nhất là trong xây dựng triết lý giáo dục mới của Việt Nam hiện nay.
Đối tượng nghiên cứu của luận án: luận án tập trung nghiên cứu những nội dung cơ bản về triết lý giáo dục Islam giáo và ảnh hưởng của nó đến giáo dục Malaysia.
Phương pháp nghiên cứu của luận án: Luận án sử dụng kết hợp nhiều phương pháp nghiên cứu liên ngành như: phương pháp phê phán tài liệu, phân tích-tổng hợp, phương pháp lịch sử, phương pháp diễn giải, so sánh – đối chiếu… để phục vụ cho toàn bộ quá trình nghiên cứu.
* Đóng góp mới của luận án
Luận án trước hết góp phần làm rõ triết lý giáo dục Islam giáo. Triết lý này mặc dù đã được đề cập trong một số tài liệu nhưng khá tản mát, rời rạc. Trong luận án này, triết lý giáo dục Islam giáo sẽ được thể hiện qua các nội dung cụ thể và được hệ thống hoá lại theo cách đánh giá của tác giả.
Luận án cũng chỉ ra những ảnh hưởng của triết lý giáo dục Islam giáo đến giáo dục của Malaysia qua các kênh truyền tải ảnh hưởng (Nhà nước, chính sách, các tổ chức...); phạm vi ảnh hưởng (mục đích, nội dung, phương pháp giáo dục), và đối tượng chịu ảnh hưởng (các cộng đồng dân tộc, người dạy, người học...)
Cuối cùng luận án đưa ra những nhận xét, đánh giá về kết quả giáo dục Malaysia dưới tác động của triết lý giáo dục Islam giáo, từ đó chỉ ra những giá trị tích cực của tôn giáo mà Việt Nam cần tham khảo, đặc biệt trong xây dựng triết lý giáo dục mới của Việt Nam.
* Ý nghĩa lý luận và thực tiễn của luận án
Về lý luận: Hệ thống hoá những vấn đề lý luận chung về triết lý giáo dục và triết lý giáo dục Islam giáo; đóng góp một nghiên cứu thực nghiệm chứng minh vai trò quan trọng của triết lý giáo dục và vai trò của tôn giáo đối với hệ thống giáo dục của một quốc gia thông qua phân tích, đánh giá ảnh hưởng của triết lý giáo dục Islam giáo đến giáo dục Malaysia.
Về thực tiễn: Kết quả nghiên cứu của luận án được xem là tài liệu hữu ích giúp cho các chuyên gia, các nhà nghiên cứu chính sách có cách nhìn khách quan và toàn diện hơn về các giá trị của tôn giáo, đặc biệt trong bối cảnh Việt Nam đang ngày càng chú trọng đến vai trò của tôn giáo đối với quá trình đổi mới của đất nước nói chung và giáo dục nói riêng. Theo đó, luận án khuyến nghị các nhà hoạch định chính sách giáo dục Việt Nam chú ý đến việc vận dụng các giá trị tốt đẹp của tôn giáo vào trong giáo dục và trong xây dựng triết lý giáo dục mới hiện nay.
Bên cạnh đó, kết quả nghiên cứu của luận án cũng là nguồn tư liệu tham khảo của ngành Đông Nam Á học và Tôn giáo học tại Việt Nam.

- Research purpose of the thesis: The thesis focuses on the basic contents of Islamic philosophy in Education and its impact on Malaysia’s education, thereby providing comments on Malaysia’s Educational outcomes and how Malaysia applies Islamic philosophy in Education in their education system and deals with other religious communities in Malaysia. On that basis, the thesis suggests selectively absorbing the value of religion in building the new educational philosophy of Vietnam.
- Research objtect of the thesis: The thesis focuses on the basic contents of Islamic philosophy in Education and its impact on Malaysia’s education.
- Research method of the thesis: The thesis uses a combination of interdisciplinary research methods such as inheritance, literature review method, historical method, interpretive research method, comparison-contrast... to serve the entire research process.
* New contribution of the thesis
The thesis firstly contributes to clarifying the Islamic philosophy in education. Although this philosophy has been mentioned in a number of documents, it is quite scattered and fragmentary. In this thesis, the Islamic philosophy in education will be expressed through specific content and systematized according to the author's assessment.
The thesis also points out the impacts of Islamic philosophy in education on Malaysia’s education through influence transmission channels (State, policies, organizations...); scope of influence (purpose, content, educational methods), and affected subjects (ethnic communities, teachers, learners...)
Finally, providing comments and assessments on Malaysian educational results under the influence of Islamic educational philosophy, thereby pointing out the positive values of religion that Vietnam needs to refer to, especially in building Vietnam's new educational philosophy.
* Theoretical and practical significance of the thesis
The theoretical significance: Systematize general theoretical issues about educational philosophy and Islamic philosophy in education; Contributing an empirical study demonstrating the important role of educational philosophy and the role of religion in a country's educational system through analyzing and evaluating the influence of Islamic philosophy in education to Malaysia’s education.
The practical significance: The research results of the thesis are considered useful documents to help experts and policy researchers have a more objective and comprehensive view of the values of religion, especially in the context of religion that both the world and Vietnam are focusing on the role of religion in the process of socio-economic development in general and education in particular. Accordingly, the thesis recommends that education policy makers of Vietnam pay attention to applying good religious values in education and in building Vietnam's new educational philosophy.
Besides, the research results of the thesis are also a reference for Southeast Asian Studies and Religious Studies in Vietnam.
