11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
On the basis of research on the theoretical of policies to promote the exploitation of inventions; analyzing and evaluating the current status of patent exploitation, patent exploitation policies in enterprises in Hai Phong city, clarifing existing problems and its causes in the promotion policy. Enhancing the exploitation of inventions of Hai Phong city. This thesis has proposed a policy framework to promote the exploitation of inventions, including: Completing the legal institution for the exploitation of inventions; direct support policy; policies to support the exploitation of patent information; policies to support human resource development; preferential policies on tax and credit; policies to promote linkages and cooperation in the development of science and technology markets.
With the above results, this thesis has shown the academic and practical significance, such as: analyzing the current state of patent exploitation in enterprises in Hai Phong city. Therefore, it proposes a policy to promote the exploitation of inventions in enterprises.
