At the meeting, the leaders of the two universities decided on three main cooperative activities: NCCU will send students to study Vietnamese language and culture and do short-term internships in Hanoi; NCCU will invite game đánh chắn online đổi thưởng 's lecturers to teach and do research in Taiwan; the two sides will promote joint-training programs, especially through recognizing the credits of each other's programs to allow students to study and do internships overseas before graduation.

The National Chengchi University (NCCU) was established in 1927 and is a leading university in Taiwan in terms of social sciences and humanities. It is included in the top 190 Asian universities by Times Higher Education (2010). It has trained many famous Taiwanese politicians, including two of the recent Taiwanese presidents.
