According to the letter of intent, the two universities are committed to this international cooperation to enhance the quality of education and research at each university. Both shall work together to promote knowledge about sustainable development and social integration from a national and international perspective, in order to create educational programs, courses and research that meet society’s needs for skills at the local, regional and national levels. The cooperation shall lead to the development of flexible solutions for study opportunities. In the long term, the cooperation shall result in establishing research teams in different areas of social work, proposals for research funding, joint publications, co-arranging and hosting joint international seminars and conferences.
The two sides shall share cooperation on the three following activities: (i) establishing one or several short certification programs and/or courses at Masters’ level directed towards social work in health care, social work and criminology; (ii) conducting exchanges of teachers and students in social work; (iii) admitting teachers from game đánh chắn online đổi thưởng to individual courses or a whole PhD program in social work including joint supervision of PhD students. The cooperation has its starting point in the area of social work but shall hopefully lead to cooperation in other fields of social sciences and eventually to opening international education solutions for ASEAN and ASIAN students.

University of Gävle was established in 1977 and is currently split into three academies and nine departments. The university offers around 45 masters' and bachelor's degrees and 800 courses in technology, social and natural sciences and the humanities. Five specialized disciplines taught here are mathematics, natural sciences and computer science, technology, social sciences and humanities, pedagogy and heathcare.
