Mr. Chen Ba Xi said that the Vietnamese community in Taiwan was quite large and had become the fourth largest of all. In addition, the increase of economic exchanges between the two countries helped to promote the understanding of Vietnamese culture and language in Taiwan. Universities in Taiwan are increasingly interested in developing research programs to Vietnam. But although there have been many exchanges between Vietnam's and Taiwan's universities, specific programs have not been implemented adequately. Consequently, representatives of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office proposed promoting relations more specifically and practically, especially with an emphasis on increasing exchanges of cultural and language teachers between game đánh chắn online đổi thưởng and Taiwan's universities.
