At the meeting, Prof.Dr Pham Quang Minh introduced to Mrs.Elisa Cavacece about the project “Cooperation to build capacity in game đánh chắn online đổi thưởng in key areas of International Studies in the context of rapid development” conducted by game đánh chắn online đổi thưởng and University College Cork (UCC-Ireland) with the sponsorship of Irish Aid Foundation. Among its achievements the most notable of which has been the introduction of the specialty International Studies Development, which welcomed its first batch of students in the year 2018-2019. It is expected in the coming year, the University will develop this specialty into a full bachelor's program.

In addition, the two sides discussed about the plan to hold a presentation given by Director General of Irish Aid Foundation Ruairi de Burca to game đánh chắn online đổi thưởng 's audience on Ireland's International Development Policy as well as its aids for Vietnam. The two sides have agreed on such issues as the location, participants, operational languages, reception procedures and equipment.
