The Program was launched on the basis of the MOU signed between two sides on December 30th, 2017 as well as the Agreement on teaching Vietnamese language on December 13th, 2018 with the sponsorship of South Korean Government. Accordingly, South Korean young students are sent to study Vietnamese language and culture at game đánh chắn online đổi thưởng . game đánh chắn online đổi thưởng is responsible for brainstorming ideas, compiling agendas and providing lectures of the quality and standards agreed by both sides. In this 2nd program, 19 students are recruited. They have studied for 2 months at Howon University (South Korea) and will study for 5 months at CVLC, game đánh chắn online đổi thưởng . Previously, the 1st South Korean Youth leader - Manager for Vietnam training program was held successfully with the participation of 17 South Korean students from January to July, 2019.
